Question: Who created SponsorWall?
Answer: The team of MatchingNeeds - a problem solving company that also makes software with offices in the US, Switzerland, and Latvia.

Question: Why did you create SponsorWall?
Answer: MatchingNeeds has a customer who creates unique content about renewable energies but does not have the money to properly pay us for our services.
She resorted to Google® AdSense® to generate some revenues. We thought there must be a smarter way.
Over breakfast Felix "invented" SponsorWall and over lunch CEO, CTO, CFO and everybody else had a loooooooong argument whether it would work. This page is the result of that discussion. Help us answering the question whether Internet users are thieves, willing consumers of advertising, or sponsors.

Question: How does the SponsorWall Team get paid?
Answer: We do not get paid. We do not benefit in any way from the transactions between the websites with a SponsorWall and their sponsors - no commission, no percentage, no reward from PayPal®, nothing.
We get paid the same way all providers of good free content should be paid: by their sponsors. Please consider sponsoring the SponsorWall project.

Question: What will you do with all the data you collect?
Answer: We keep it confidential. We do not pass it on to 3rd parties (unless forced by law). We will ask for permission before we pass on data.

Question: What is the future of SponsorWall?
Answer: If SponsorWall proves a viable concept, we plan to establish the Free Content Foundation and donate SponsorWall to it. The purpose of the Free Content Foundation will be to develop and foster ideas that keep Internet content free and provide essential, Internet-based services to its users for free.
